About This Blog

Systemics Blog is an academic blog site for systemics that ventures beyond the boundary of scientific disciplines. I welcome those who are not satisfied with the traditional explanation and need intellectual stimuli.

1. The role of this site in my site group

This blog is one of the following five systemics websites that I manage.

Sites Contents
Systemics Archive The old blog site powered by MovableType to archive my articles written before 2011. Most of them were written in Japanese, but some were in English.
Systemics Blog The new blog site powered by WordPress to publish the latest article of my study. You can read them with any feed reader not only on PC but also on smart phones
Systemics Forum The BBS site powered by phpBB to discuss various topics of systemics. You can not only reply to messages of topics but also create your favorite topics of any academic discipline.
Systemics System The wiki site powered by MediaWiki where I compile my system of systemics. This is the core site of my five websites and its completion is the ultimate goal of my study.
Systemics Wiki A future project for converting Systemics System into a truly wiki site like Wikipedia that anyone can edit or translate into other languages freely.

Systemics Blog is to Systemics System what academic journals to books in the traditional academic world. I first publish my fragmentary studies on systemics through this blog and then compile them into a system of systemics at Systemics System.

I receive your comments at each page of this blog and reflect them in editing the contents at Systemics System. I do not accept readers’ comments there, because its contents are variable, while I do not change the contents of this blog so that I can accept your comments. You don’t have to enter your name, email address, URI, but enter some name (pseudonym is OK) as much as possible.

The term systemics is almost equivalent to systems theory. I explained why I prefer the former to the latter at About Systemics System. So refer to it, if you take an etymological interest in this name. The bottom line is that systemics means studies of systems and system means everything that distinguishes itself from the environment. My systemics is a study of everything from a special viewpoint of entropy.
